From inside MAKID

• Report a Bug: the bug button in the navbar. MAKID attaches recent app logs so we can track it down faster
• Share Feedback: the feedback button in the navbar, for ideas and feature requests
• MAKID bot: just tell it what’s broken or what you want. It can send bug reports and feedback straight to us
• Help menu (Mac): Documentation opens these docs, Feedback opens a quick form

If MAKID Shows an Error

If the window says MAKID hit a bug, click Reload. Your projects and Live sets are fine. If it keeps happening, click Open Logs and send main.log to Eric on Discord.

If MAKID won’t open at all, you can grab the logs yourself:

• Mac: in Finder press Cmd+Shift+G and go to ~/Library/Logs/MAKID/
• Windows: go to %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\MAKID\logs\

Send main.log and main.old.log if it’s there. Logs include file paths from your computer, so DM them instead of posting in a public channel.

From your phone

In the MAKID phone app, open Settings for Send Feedback, Report Bug, and Join Discord.
